Having said that, I’m excited to be very close to the final product. I am finishing up my master’s thesis as we speak, but it is such a beast!
I have had to scale my original idea back from being a new scaffolded science curriculum for students to a curriculum that would teach teachers that we need a new inquiry-based scaffolded approach.
However, even in the scaled-back version, I will not be surprised to find out that my final Capstone project for my degree will be close to 200 pages. Isn’t that close to the size of many Doctoral theses?
Oh well, all of the work will be worth it if I can make a positive change in my community and help to transform science. I pray the Lord help me finish strong.

https://transformscience.com/archives/17#commentsSat, 30 Jun 2012 18:35:28 +0000Xrosein3http://transformscience.com/?p=17Today I set up this web site as a way for teachers to connect to each other and to myself and my resources. My desire is that teachers from around this country and the world would be able to start transforming the way science is taught so that we can help train better scientist that will be better equipped to deal with a rapidly changing world.
While there are many ways to help make better scientists, my focus is on helping teachers to teach through inquiry learning and through scaffolding science processes at the earliest ages possible.
May we have success on this journey together! I don’t know how long it will take to make an impact, but if each person will contribute their best, we will see change happen before our eyes!
